checkin at the venue
Check in Times
The check in (aka registration) at the venue is open for the following dates:
- Monday June 29, 8:00 - 18:00. Only for Senior Teams
- Tuesday June 30, 8:00 - 17:00. Only for Senior Teams
- Wednesday July 1, 8:00 - 13:00. Only for Junior Teams
Check in Requirements
All team leader or team mentors have to ensure the follwing requirements prior the checkin. Without fulfilling all these requirements no team is allowed to chekin to the venue.
- the team, all mentors and all team members are registered
- all fees are paid
- all mentors and all team members have read and signed the notice about risks and the image release form, in the case of participants under the age of 18 a signiture of a parent or guard is required (form)
- all mentors and all team members have read the rules of the house of the venue (form)
Check in Process
The teamleader or the team mentor is the only person who can checkin a team.The leader or mentor should present the follwing documents to the check in officer:
- passport of the team leader or mentor
- the signed notice and image release form of all mentors and members of the team
After the check in officer has verified all requiremnts for the team she will handover you a package comprising all material necessary to enter the venue (e.g., badges), your gadgets (e.g., voucher for t-shirts) and information about the venue and the city of Graz.
If the check in officer encounters a problem (e.g., missing release form or registration) she will ask you to step back and to fix the problem. There will be one counter of the RoboCup Federation where problems related to the registration will be handled.
Please note that nobody can enter areas designaded to participants (e.g., team areas) without a valid badge. Moreover, people without a valid badge have to leave the venue beyound the public opening hours (July 1 - July 5, 9:00 - 18:00). All people with a valid badge may stay in the venue form June 29 to July 5 from 8:00 to 23:00 each day.
